TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

TOURS

 

All tours must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

 

Passengers must be properly attired in long pants and enclosed shoes.

 

Sydney Trike Adventures reserves the right to refuse a ride to any passenger who is not dressed appropriately Jackets & helmets will be provided by the chauffeur riders.

 

Sydney Trike Adventures reserves the right to refuse a ride to any passenger who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

 

Time commences from your point of pick up as arranged at the time of booking. If you are late for your pick up your ride will still finish at the pre-arranged time so as not to inconvenience customers booked in after your ride.

 

All bookings will be charged for a minimum of 1 hour.

 

Tours may be cancelled by either party in the event of rain and rebooked for another time and will not incur any fees or additional charges.We do not charge a surcharge for Public Holidays or after hours rides.

 

All tolls are included in our prices, however, rides through a National Park where entrance fees apply, will be added to your ride. Please note Royal National Park in Sutherland do not charge fees to ride through.

 

Important: It is the client’s responsibility to observe at all times the safety procedures as advised by the rider. The rider will advise you of risks of riding.

 

It is the passenger’s responsibility to adhere to these safety instructions and to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

 

Sydney Trike Adventures takes the utmost care with our passengers, but accepts no responsibility for any injury suffered because the passenger did not follow these instructions.

 

WEDDINGS AND ESCORTS

 

All bookings are for a minimum of 1 hour.

 

Time commences from your point of pick up.

 

Escorts take place in all weather conditions.

 

For transport rides for the groom and/or groomsmen on the bikes, the rain policy will apply and we are happy to give a refund if you need to cancel.

 

A non-refundable deposit of 20% must be paid to confirm your booking.

 

The balance of payment will be required either on the day as cash or paid by other methods at least 1 week before.

 

Base to base fees may apply depending upon locations.

 

We do not charge a surcharge for Public Holidays, after hours or weddings.Costs for park entry fees may be added to our prices.

 

Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation policy on our Tours only.

 

In the event of changes or cancellations for any of our package deals we are governed by the conditions of the operators of the other part of our packages.

 

Please note these charges and fees do not apply in the event a ride needs to be cancelled or rescheduled due to rain.

 

RIDES: 1 - 4 PASSENGERS

 

Motorcycle tours can be rebooked for another time or date with at least 48 hours notice.

 

Bookings that need to be rescheduled with 2 hours or less til pick up will incur a rebooking fee of 50% of the value of their booking.

 

Bookings that need to be rescheduled within 48 hours of pick up will incur a flat rate $20 rebooking fee.

 

Bookings that are cancelled and a refund required with more than 48 hours notice - a cancellation fee of $25 or 10% of the booking (whichever is greater) will also be incurred.

 

A refund will be given less the fee. Any bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice - all monies will be forfeited.

 

RIDES: 5 OR MORE PASSENGERS

 

Bookings that need to be rescheduled by date or time within 7 days of pick up will incur a flat rate rebooking fee of $250.

 

Numbers can be decreased within 7 days of the ride but there will be no refund of monies.Numbers can only be increased within 7 days by prior arrangement.

 

Bookings cannot be rescheduled within 72 hours of pick up.Bookings that are cancelled within 72 hours of pick up will forfeit all monies paid.

 

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.PhotosSydney Trike Adventures reserves the right to use any photos taken by our riders of passengers in promotional material advertising our services.

 

We take no responsibility for any failure or loss of photos as the riders taking photos is a free service for our customers but not guaranteed on every ride.
